digital eye strain
Digital Eye Strain results from focusing on a computer or other display devices for protracted, uninterrupted periods of time. Improper lighting and wind sources can further aggravate the condition, such as from: glare, bright overhead lighting, overhead vents, and fans. General symptoms include: headaches, blurred vision, neck pain, fatigue, eye strain, dry eyes, irritated eyes, double vision, vertigo/dizziness, and difficulty refocusing on objects.
If you use digital devices on an everyday basis, then you may want to consider wearing Blue Control lenses to prevent Digital Eye Strain even if you have perfect vision.
